| I'm sure everyone's forgotten about the site by now, but for those who haven't, have faith! The reason I stopped was for a few reasons. One, no one was reading the paper. So I wasn't very motivated. Two, it was a little overwhelming to have to think of the articles, write them, and find sufficient pictures to accompany them each and every week. Three, The Stuff Of The Year Awards was a failed project. I kept pushing it back because it was overcomplicated to make and I was running out of ideas, and eventually it just got delayed so far into '08 (in combination with my constant writer's block) that I abandoned it. Then for some reason the next issue just never got around to being made. Fortunately, my friend Gray V. is going to be helping me with the creativity, the Flash work, and whatever else. On top of that, my other friend Velcro will be doing comics. So now it's going to be a four person kinda thing, the team being myself, SpudMcTaterfish, Gray V, and Velcro. It's not coming back right away though, (we need to get situated) but make sure you check back every now and then. If you like what you've already seen, support us. Get the logo (you know, "The Weekly Spoon" in Times New Roman font) tatooed on your face. Tell your friends. Paint it on your car, your house, your significant other, gravestones of famous people, and just about anywhere else you can think of. |

Sorry about the lack of updates, I've been a bit busy lately. If you haven't noticed, I've put a few posters/advertisements in a few classrooms around the school, which is getting
The 'Spoon a little publicity. Fortunately, it should start in the next few weeks. I've been meaning to talk to the principle about getting it started and such, but
I haven't gotten a chance to yet. Also, I'm not sure if we're going to do the subscription thing now, since instead we might just give out issues of The 'Spoon with issues
of the school newspaper. I'll probably go with that.
Also, regarding The Spoon of the Week, sorry about not updating it. I've been busy with other things lately, and haven't had time to update the site. It might be a little longer until I update it, since I might just use PHP to change each week's spoon. That would be harder to put together, but it would make it easier to change it each week. I dunno. |

| OK, The Weekly Spoon website is up. I've uploaded all the current issues (yep, all two of them) for you to view, so feel free to go and do that. You may encounter some ads since I used a free host, but it's better than nothing. Anyway, make sure you download the font "Seven Monkey Fury BB" so you can properly view the site. I'll probably upload it later, so look for that. I plan to start producing the paper at school pretty soon, If you go to my school, I'm Lasagna Feet in room 460 on the 2nd floor of the upper school. If you want your room subscribed to the 'spoon, have a teacher come down during lunch (it has to be a teacher). I'll need the teacher to tell me what floor your room is on, what number it is, and how many copies you'll be needing weekly. The paper and the subscription is free, so enjoy it. |
